I hope to make this site informative as well as interesting.  My market incites will be from my own observations, boots on the ground, and not from others that live outside the Las Vegas Valley area.  I think I know where I would like to take this site too but I'm sure this will change overtime.  As with anything, the more you do something the better you become.  This will be my 2nd full time blog site, my first is on trading where I have a passion, I hope my passion for Real Estate will successfully develop here similarly.  So now I say, "let my Las Vegas Real Estate adventure begin!"
